Production & Delivery time

We make every effort to complete & dispatch your handstamped keepsake as quickly as possible without compromising our quality. Please remember that these are handmade items, with each character hammered by hand and finished with a professional polish. 
 
Our current turn around time on orders is 2-5 business days.

If you have a specific timeframe you would like your piece delivered by please contact us or send an email to sales@emandeve.com.au before you place your order and we will do our best to try and accommodate you. We have a priority order service available for urgent orders and you can find more information regarding this service here: priority service. 

If an item is out of stock or there is a delay in a shipment of stock required to produce your order we will notify you via email.

During peak trading periods, such as Mother's Day and Christmas, cut off order dates will apply and these will be displayed on the website under our FAQ section.

We use Australia Post for the delivery of your order.  Options and costs are displayed at the checkout. These costs are calculated by Australia Post. We charge no additional handling fees. Please note when you receive your parcel the price displayed on the envelope is for posting only - it does not include the added cost of registration, signature on delivery, insurance and packaging. 

If you are choosing signature on delivery or insurance - you are only required to select this once (for the first item in your cart). You do not need to select it for additional items should you be purchasing more than 1.  

Em and Eve take all care but hold no liability for any lost items, damage or delays after they have been dispatched. Once your order has been posted you will be provided with a tracking number so you can follow it's progress.  Depending on your location Australia post can take up to 5-10 working days to deliver for standard post.  If you have not received your parcel in this timeframe please contact us so we might lodge an enquiry. If you have not selected insurance then you are only able to claim the cost of postage and your keepsake cannot be replaced.  We highly recommend adding insurance to your parcel. In the event that Australia Post fail to deliver your item we can start compensation and replace your item.
