Please take the time to read over our terms and conditions regarding what you can expect when placing an order with us.

Our pieces are hand stamped, letter by letter, so each letter will be unique in placement, alignment, angle and depth.    As each keepsake is "hammered" by hand, some slight impressions and marks will occur on the back of your keepsake. This is not to be considered a flaw and is a normal part of the hand stamping process.  Our thicker pieces in our premium range and stainless steel range will have minimal or no impressions on the back of the pieces as they are much thicker pieces and can withstand the hammering process more.   Photos are examples only and do not represent actual sizes.  Relevant sizing and information can be found in the product description. When making your keepsake we will use the best size & strength attachment (eg jump rings) for your piece and these may differ from the examples photographed. 

We may photograph your keepsake in it's completed form, as individual pieces or in combinations to use on our website, social media sites or marketing purposes. Please contact us if you do not wish for your keepsake photograph to be used.  We may use these images directly after your piece has been successfully marked as delivered by Australia Post. If you are purchasing for a gift and would not like it displayed until after a certain date also please contact us asap. By agreeing to these T&C you are consenting us to use images of your keepsake in this manner. 

 We use a variety of materials in our products. In the product description of each product  we indicate the metal used and sizing. We use Sterling Silver, Agentium Silver,  Gold Fill and Stainless Steel.  Information about our materials can be found in out FAQ section.

 When purchasing layered or stacked jewellery, scratching or scuffs can occur on the bottom pieces over time due to wear, this is normal and should be expected. Please read our Jewellery Care page for further information.

When placing an order please carefully check all spelling. Please make sure you type your information exactly how you would like it, with focus on CAPITALS and lowercase. Please contact us immediately if you notice an error after submitting your order, as these can not be corrected once production has started. When using a design stamp the positioning of this can be indicated in the special notes section of your order, where this information is missing we will place the design stamp at our discretion. Where information is incomplete again we will use our discretion. 

Due to the personalised nature of our products we can not offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind or have made an error in your order.  We do offer an exchange on products should an error be made during production on our prat, or where there is a manufactures fault as determined by us. For exchanges due to error or manufactures fault please contact us by email immediately upon receiving your order (within 7 days) and we will work promptly to rectify any problems. You will be required to return the product (in some cases at your expense) to Em and Eve for exchange. Returns after 7 days will be assessed on an individual basis. 

We accept no liability once your Keepsake has been dispatched. We strongly suggest using the insurance option available within the purchase of your product.  You will also not be required to sign for your delivery unless at your request adn this option can also be purchased for $2.95 as an additional option within the purchase of your product.   Our delivery times are a guide only.

We accept no responsibility for any conditions resulting from a metal allergy or sensitivity.

The buyer will assume understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions when placing an order at Em and Eve, and will have read our Jewellery Care & FAQ section on the website.
