All orders over $75 receive FREE registered post. You can upgrade to express post at the checkout for an additional $3.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIME

Our current production time for your keepsake is 1-3 business days. During busy periods such as Mother's Day & Christmas we can update our production time on this page or the banner at the top of our website. Production time is in addition to postage time. Once your parcel has been dispatched with Australia post the delivery time is based upon the shipping method you selected and your postcode. Express post is always the fasted delivery method. Tracking numbers are provided with every order via email (don't forget to check junk mail!) .

AUSTRALIA POST DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

Registered Post: 3 -14 business days for metro areas.

Express Post: 2-4 business days to metro areas

We take all care but hold no liability for any lost items, damage or delays after they have been dispatched. In the event the Australia Post does not successfully deliver your parcel we are happy to begin a claim for compensation for replacement value up to $100.
