Terms & Conditions of Purchase

Every order is handstamped, one letter at a time.  Every character is unique in placement, alignment, angle and depth.   Due to the nature of hand stamping (hammering each letter into the piece) slight impressions can occur on the reverse side of the piece. This is a normal part of the hand stamping process.    

We are unable to accept any responsibility for any conditions resulting from a metal allergy or sensitivity. 

We photograph each piece in its completed form and may use these images on our website, social media or for marketing purposes. Please let us know if you do not wish for your photograph to be used.  

Please carefully check spelling when submitting your order & contact us immediately if you notice an error as these cannot be corrected once production has started. When using a design stamp the positioning of this can be indicated in the special notes section of your order. Where this information is missing we will place the design stamp at our discretion.   

Due to the personalised nature of our products we cannot offer a refund or exchange for change of mind or if you have made an error in your order.  If production has not yet begun and you wish to cancel your order an administration fee will be withheld to cover the fees related to the payment method used at purchase. We offer a replacement on products should an error be made during production on our part, or where there is a manufactures fault as determined by us.  Please contact us by email immediately upon receiving your order (within 7 days) and we will work promptly to rectify any problems. You will be required to return the product (depending on the circumstances, at your expense) to us for exchange. Returns are assessed on an individual basis.   

The buyer will assume understanding and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
