Terms & Conditions of Purchase
Every order is handstamped, one letter at a time. Every character is unique in placement, alignment, angle and depth. Due to the nature of hand stamping some slight impressions/marks will occur on the back of your piece. This is a normal part of the hand stamping process.
Our pieces are handmade and natural flaws may be found within the metal, however our standards for quality are extremely stringent. We unfortunately are unable to accept any responsibility for any conditions resulting from a metal allergy or sensitivity.
We may photograph your keepsake in its completed form, as individual pieces or in combinations to use on our website, social media sites or marketing purposes. Please contact us if you do not wish for your keepsake photograph to be used.
When placing your order please carefully check spelling and contact us immediately if you notice an error after submitting your order as these cannot be corrected once production has started. When using a design stamp the positioning of this can be indicated in the special notes section of your order, where this information is missing we will place the design stamp at our discretion.
Due to the personalised nature of our products we cannot offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind or have made an error in your order. If production has not yet begun and you wish to cancel your order an adminitration fee will be withheld to cover the fees related to the payment method used at purchase. We offer a replacement on products should an error be made during production on our part, or where there is a manufactures fault as determined by us. Please contact us by email immediately upon receiving your order (within 7 days) and we will work promptly to rectify any problems. You will be required to return the product (depending on the circumstances, at your expense) to us for exchange. Returns are assessed on an individual basis.
